NO ACCOUNTABILITY! Every time we, the ridership, turn around, they, the MTA is crying the poverty blues! They raise fares, cut services, claim they find money and as soon as you know it, they're telling us they're in the hole. They SHOULD be in the hole! Gone are the good days when we had reliable service and clean stations and bathrooms! Those were the days of the IRT, IND and BMT... NOT THE MTA! Instead of Governor Patterson trying to force more money out of our pockets, he should be forcing ACCOUNTABILITY on the MTA! Bring on the books and SHOW US THE MONEY!
