1. Cut in pasting and storing in his own computer, okay. Cut n pasting to another forum that he controls to be read by the whole public shows he doesn't care if people read it.

2. In EVERY case that has been won by someone prosecuting for libel the person first asked that the supposedly libelous information be removed. Not be proved. Be removed. McGee has replied to it numerous times, encouraged it, baited people and now posted it on his own forum. He is not getting guidance from any competent attorney, that is for sure.


3. If it is on his own forum it will be gone soon. He cleans them out and restarts a new one every semester.

I am not a lawyer but I have slept at Best Western.
