Who care how tall he is. It's about the issues. He keeps talking about matters that if his party was doing the same thing Obama does, they would be great to him. The double standard and flip-flopping in very apparant to many listeners. I'm sorry to say.
People do remember what was said beforehand, even taped. In the media business, you have to be careful what you say and do. People do remember and will remind you. Some hold them accountable.
