] Date Posted: 02:16:42 01/15/08 Tue Clips of a terror campaign were on TV, that day. I was chatting with Mother, a whitish pigeon perched in skylight, was watching. All of a sudden, the bird ruffled her feathers, flapped her wings, cooed, went on cooing. Mom tried to get her out through the window, only feathers fluttered. I tried. In vain. TV screen was a chaos; with explosions, with blood. I put it off. Surprisingly, the wings calmed down. We call the pigeon “Shaanti”, make sure no blood is ‘on display’ while she is around. Date Posted: 21:10:43 01/15/08 Tue Each character is symbolic. I stand for the population, Mother is the Motherland, and of course Shaanti, the Peace. Its our duty to, to see that Peace is not disturbed. Cheers. [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |

Date Posted: 00:41:05 01/16/08 Wed Hello Arunansu I really do wish it were as simple as switching it off, but I fear Shaanti will be agitated in this world for a long time with the leaders it has. Loved the imagery and message in here, it is a light that we should let grow. Max [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
