I too, had the same problem, very painful injections. The most embarrassing was when I was at church camp and stepped on a board with a nail in the board which stuck in my foot. I was taken to the nurse (PA) who said I need a tetnus shot. One of the adults with our group was there with me. She was in her early thirties I was 15. The nurse never asked her to leave, she simply told me to drop my pants. Very embarrassed i lowered me pants, the nurse then told me to drop my underwear too. I lowered my underwear, she told me to turn around which left me facing the beautiful lady with our group. I was getting erect by the second as the nurse rubbed my butt with the wet cotton, then in went the needle. I thought I was going to die. The nurse made me stand there pants and underwear around my ankles with a huge erection while she went to get a bandaid.
