I had my share of painful shots as a kid and as well as the embarrassment of dropping my pants for the same nurse from about age 5 until my early 20s. The first time was when I stepped on a nail and needed a tetnus shot. My mom lowered my pants to my knees so I was completely exposed to both women. I don't know what was worse, my red face or sore butt. I managed to get through the next few years without getting too many shots but they were given by the same nurse.

When I was in high school there was a hepatitis outbreak and I had to have a Gamma Globulin shot. The nurse smiled as she told me I was going to have to take it in the rear and that I would be sore for a few days. To make things more embarrassing I was wearing a jockstrap under my gym shorts that day and she made a comment about me wearing the right underwear to get a shot.

In my early 20's I came down with pneumonia and had to get 3 shots (Penicillin) a week for 2 weeks. My butt felt like a pin cushion and my modesty didn't do much better. As I was lowering my pants the nurse joked about how many times she had seen my "heinie" over the years.

A couple of years ago my wife took me to the ER for what turned out to be allergies and I would need a shot. My wife kidded me saying how much fun she was going to have watching and how I should just "grin and bare it." A nurse came in and announced with some pleasure, that she had a shot for me in my hip. Why do women love to see men in these situations? If they wanted a show I would give them one. I slowly lowered my pants giving them a good view of me in my black mesh briefs that exposed more than they covered. Then I lowered my briefs giving them a good view of my buttocks and shaved private parts. the nurse quickly gave me the shot and told me to get dressed.
