I've experienced this same thing, but from the opposite side.
There's a guy I've known since he was about 12. On his 13th birthday, I gave him a spanking. His parents never spanked him, but he was really embarrassed when he got up, because it was obvious he popped wood.
He disappeared for a couple of weeks, but then came back. He tried to act like nothing had happened, but about six weeks after his birthday, he asked if I could spank him again.
I love spanking a cute boy, so I agreed. This one was a little less playful. Same reaction, except we didn't have to deal with his embarrassment.
I talked to him later, and he admitted to going straight home for a stroke session after I spanked him.
That went on - not often, but occasionally - until he was about 16, when he started dating, and then rarely after that. Most of the spankings were on pants and fairly playful, but he took some real punishment ones as well. After he's started dating, he'd occasionally show up looking for one of those.
During all that, I know he was stroking after pretty much every spanking (so was I), but nothing else ever happened.
About 8 years ago, he got married. He admitted she was into a lot of the same things, and she liked dominating and spanking him. The problem was, like in the first post, she was smaller than him, and could only push him so far (without making it more abuse than spanking).
He and I remained friends, even after I stopped spanking him. At some point, he'd told his wife about me. When she realized she couldn't give him appropriate spankings, she called me. We set things up, and she brought him over to visit.
Over the past 6 1/2 years or so, they've come over for help - sometimes just a few times a year, once several times in one month. When she tells him it's time to visit me, he knows he's in for a long, painful, humiliating session that will push him past all his limits.
We all love it.
