OK YES you can say kera is Excited, She cant wait for state and get to see her friends, stay in hotel, do talent,and wear her new clothes.. I am almost done with everything except getting the paper work in order to send to Teri.. LOL Making that my mission next week! Oh yeah and that photogenic part...:)
