Casualwear has no rule. It should be something that your daughter loves and maybe something that shows her fun personality....sundress, capris, skirt..pants...your call.

Party dress has no rule for Montana this year.

In Wyoming our only rule for ages 3-12 is that the dress cannot touch the shoes....and 13-15 should be a full-length gown...
