*she opens her power and seeps gently into Mischa's inner body, exploring the site of the injury. She sees the problems and sinks deeper in, relaxing the strained muscles and tighting the ones that had gone loose, then securing the tendons (those are the muscle to muscle ones right?) to keep them each in balance. She withdraws her magical presense from Mischa, leaving a bit of her strength with her (mischa) to ensure it doesn't happen again*
