That's very perceptive of someone your age. You sound really smart. You may be right because the parent might see you as younger because you are small for your age. A child might also be treated differently due to their maturity or development.
Although you sound very smart and I'm sure you are curious, maybe you should not be reading this forum. Maybe you should go back to Club Penguin and come back here in a few years. Think about what your mom would do if she caught you on this site. She would probably give you a really bad spanking.
