I will think over your main point, which I take to be that her pseudo confession and then repetition of it are evidence of some serious conduct that she feels guilty about. As an over-protective parent, I would worry that perhaps in her youthful mind, she is over-estimating her naughtiness and guilt. What if, hypothetically of course, she is feeling guilty about having an erotic response to her punishment spankings? If this is going on, clearly her mom should and could be a major resource to her, IF her mom can discover the facts. So, I agree with all the posters who are encouraging real detective work.
