Thank you for those kind words, Alfred. I too now understand "Confused's" moniker. My own confusion has always been that although I am passionately interested in spanking, I don't necessarily always agree with it. It is presumably why I have usually indulged in mutual cp rather than pure punishment.

The question of the excitement of a spanking has always fascinated me. It depends on the definition of the word. Of course there are a number of different types. My wife often said that the only time I got "turned on" was when my football team won! I will naturally dispute that!

I contribute on another site which deals with raising girls, with particular reference to them being spanked. There are dozens of teenage and young adult girls regularly describing their punishments, just as many parents openly admitting that they occasionally or regularly spank their offspring, and a third number, like me, showing a dispassionate interest. All the girls say they hate being spanked, all the parents say they hate dishing out spankings, yet neither side seems to think it is actually wrong. The girls feel it does them good, the parents believe it is their duty to bring their children up obediently, however painful. The fact that they can discuss the matter so openly surely suggests a latent interest beyond just punishment. Otherwise, why seek out such sites in the first place? At least on Voy there is almost always an element of consent in the spanking anecdotes.
