For instance, when I was in 7th grade I thought I was the s**t and really moving up in social circles. My mom was getting pretty annoyed at this and we argued all Halloween week about who I would be going out with on Halloween. My mom had arranged who I would be going out with and I insisted I was going out with my 'cool' friends. A huge argument ensued when I got home from school which ended up with me getting a sore bottom.
I defied my mom and snuck out with my 'cool' friends all unaware that my rear was on fire. It wasn't too hard to figure out that I had blatantly defied my mom and when I got back I instantly went over her knees in costume except for my bared bottom with no regard for late coming trick or treaters, sisters guests, aunts or whoever might have been near got my butt beat.
