I would just let it go, there's nothing wrong with saying that you don't like a song and that you'll happily feed hungry people without needing to listen to the song.

There's also nothing wrong with thinking that people will get the same thing from music that you will, people are silly and we get all kinds of things from art that aren't actually there but that's OK because that's just what art does and it's mostly a good thing. It's a little sad when we realize that other people can never experience something the same way that we do, and I'm pretty sure that's all that's bothering Emily (whether she puts it that way or not).

You already apologized two or three times despite not having done anything actually wrong, but you're asking her to explain what you did wrong and she doesn't have an answer because if she was actually offended she still isn't going to have a real reason for being offended so all you're doing is making it worse. Which is OK if that's what you're going for, I actually think that there's usually some value in making people think about why they're offended (because there's almost never really a reason to be offended), but my sense is that you just genuinely feel bad and you really, really shouldn't.
