If it was a question to the testament of love
my translation was lost in sirocco winds
drowning all but the worship of your eyes

I am undone

stained by the secrets uncaged from my heart
I am suspended by time’s glassed sands;
a reflection of silence upon your lips
traversing the map of my flesh

such is the hunger

unyielding and beckoning in the darkness,
searing in the molten passion that
breathes in your whisper; my desire

lost in the softness

wielding the strand of flame amongst
silk found in restless redemption,
your vision escapes all but me, buried
between temples raze falling deeper

to soar free
