Date Posted: 16:12:51 01/19/08 Sat Human Prayer There is something strange after smallpox we do our best to ignore aids something lost in days less than dreams circulating in starched air, suffocating souls licking the numbers of fruitless dollars recycling frail existences, as another child wakes up to a world of dark horizons I beg the day to rise above the chains of its molesters past the strangle hold of great denial into the rhythm of a sea breeze far past the decadence of dead river fish beyond the acid rain of desperate tears into the milk days of yesterday's innocence where the pied piper flutes his way back to the shores of greater conscience as the falcon flies so may we live free from our self imposed fears protected from each others greed in the dressed day of the temples of our pure and natural dreams there is something more than pain in the light of promise hanging from midnight moons reflected by the sun in the promise of new dawns ajs [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
