Subject: Power Rankings

After Week 7 Here Are our PR
1. KALIS
They are the best team...no more needs to be said. Sontag will need to shoot more if they want to beat a revived Jubb team late in the playoffs though.
2. JUBB A
With the addition of Whitney I really like these guys. It seems as though he is already in form as he scored 19 Sunday. These guys will contest Kali's if they can contain Sontag. Offense is now lethal.
3. PEERLESS
Edwards is a prolific scorer and their gaurd play is also great. This week they will have to fight for this spot though as they have a contest with undefeated Pizza Pie. Edwards is the best player in this league.
4. Bob's Fuel
A solid team but I do not think they will end up this high. They did get the W this week but only by one to a very weak team. They have to make a statement against Kalis this week with a win.
5. PIZZA PIE
A team that is not very deep and has slid because of that. After Lawes they don't have a consistent scorer which hurts them. Have to play well this weekend against the stronger of the undefeated teams left...Peerless.
6. CHESHIRE TIRE
They slide one spot and may slip more if they do not show any promise soon. This team is not quick or very talented. But they get 1 more week to show me something before I put them where they may really belong. They need a good showing against Lager this week. This would be and average B League team. Oulette did make the all star squad but I still don't believe he can lead this team to the promise land.
7. SHOOTERS
A C league team that is still undefeated. Ferenc is a pure scorer who boosts this team to this ranking. Have a key game against a talented Timken team this weekend. Don't know how tough this team is in a grind it out game.
8. TIMKEN
Hansen and Graham are a dangerous combo that helps this team up. A very large team that needs a big win because they have lost to a very weak team.
9. LABNLAGER
Jackson is good but where is everyone else. This team needs some W's so that they can move up. Not a tough team that will not do anything down the stretch because of it.
10. KULICKS
This team is legitimate now with the rise of superstar Roger Lamphear. Has turned into a much better offensive team that will cause some havoc come playoff time. Have one two huge games in a row.
11. JANOS
A team that I had ranked very low. I have not seen them play much but they do have three scorers in the top 10 all averaging about the same amount of points. Great defensive team.
12. C&S
Did not drop as they only lost by one to Bobs. I don't think that this team will win all season and will start downgrading them if they do keep losing. Next year play in the B league.
13. SILVERLEAF
They have 2 great scorers but lack of defense. You cannot score 69 points and still lose a game by 16. Dropped greatly this week because of that.
14. MOUNTAIN
A team that has disappointed this season. Came out slow, rattled off a couple wins and then lost a key matchup with Kulicks on Sunday. No prolific scorer hurts this team badly.
15. JA JUBB B
They lost to Pizza Pie but did hold their own. I don't see them doing anything in the stretch run as they have now lost to the two best teams. But hey I did hear they didn't complain to much this weekend and that Duquette didn't headbutt anyone. Good Job.
16. JAKES
A poor team who did get a key win this weekend. Alike most of the teams down here they do not have one player who can get a basket when they need it and they lack D.
17. Elm City
A poor team that I do not have much to say about. They do have a game with MODA that is crucial for the playoff seedings. Neither team will do anything after that game though.
18. DYNAMIC DOU
Although they are sliding they seem to have found a solid big man which helps their ranking a little bit. Lost a key game on Sunday but this team is to talented not to rebound back.
19. MODA
A very poor team who will not win the rest of the season and make a first round exit in the playoffs
20. MARAUDERS
This team just does not have what it takes to play good ball.
Let me know what you think and I will tell you what I think. The predictions will be coming out tomorrow.
