A pleased smile took hold of her lips, she appreciated the stallions' polite interest in what seemed to be her favorite topic though only so much could be said about one's domain. -How many mates have you each had?- she queried, her expression one of curiosity. It was a simple question really, and one without artifice. There weren't any extra points to be rewarded if the answer was none or even twenty. The silence after her words was filled with harsh buzzing and irritated stamping by the mare. The midday sun brought out the legions of pests that insisted on roosting on her grey hide. Ebony ribbons whipped almost frantically at her assualted flanks as her hindhooves occasionally sought to jostle the little fiends by slamming into the packed earth. A swim in her pond would be most welcome right now. Perhaps after the pleasantries were exchanged, she'd invite the gentlemen back to her home for a dip.
