Watching as she approached, he gently nibbled her tassels, but only in a friendly way. He himself was not ready for a mate quite yet, he still had a little bit of growing up to do. He smiled warmly at her words, for they had seemed to be exactly what he was thinking. Limbs start to carry him away from this place, and those awaiting a match, and lanterns blaze intently over the area, glad he had found a companion, even if they were not to be together forever. He wanted her here to explore the unknown with him, and maybe even settle down somewhere as friends or even more...
