The Stooges themselves usually went by Larry, Moe, Curly, Shemp, etc, but they certainly had some memorable monikers along the way. My favorites include:

Operators 12, 14 and 15
Uncivil Warriors (1935)

Wild Bill Hiccup, Buffalo Billious and Just Plain Bill
Goofs and Saddles (1937)

Hailstone, Pebble and Gallstone
You Nazty Spy (1940)
I'll Never Heil Again (1941)


The names of the various guest characters were often unusual and usually hilarious! There are so many, but here are a few of my faves:

Double Deal Decker
Horses Collars (1935)

Chief Rain in the Puss
Back to the Woods (1937)

Governor Enchilada
Three Little Pirates (1946)

Professor Quackenbush, Professor Sedletz, Mrs Smythe Smythe and Mrs Gotrocks
Half Wits Holiday (1947)

Svengarlic
Hokus Pokus (1949)
Flagpole Jitters (1956)

The Grand Zilch of Zunev
The Goon (as named by the Stooges)
Outer Space Jitters (1957)
