Subject: Men in Black (1934)

I watched this early classic recently, and feel it's one of the Stooges best. It includes the catchphrase "For duty and humanity!" as well as the legendary "Calling Doctor Howard, Doctor Fine, Doctor Howard!"

Men in Black was the only Three Stooges short to be nominated for an Academy Award, for Best Short Subject, Comedy. A film called La Cucaracha won the award.
