You will see all-new footage, including the return of Mrs. Gotrocks (watch out!) in this scene-by-scene remake of "Half-Wits' Holiday" (1947). LOL.

Half Wits Holiday is one of my favorites, but I also enjoy this remake. It's fun seeing Milton Frome as Professor Quackenbush. Frome was a busy character actor in the 1960s, and had a recurring role on The Beverly Hillbillies as Lawrence Chapman, the head of Mammoth Studios.

The new and stock footage of Emil Sitka as the butler is nicely blended, he looks pretty much the same!

Joe got to meet Mrs Gotrocks, just as Curly had a decade earlier. As you said, watch out!

And it's always fun to see the famous "pie on the ceiling scene" with Moe and Mrs Smythe Smythe. "Wonder what's wrong with that young man..."
