You Nazty Spy (1940) with Moe Howard's masterful impression of you know who! An amazing performance, its no wonder it was Moe's favorite Stooges short. It even spawned an excellent sequel, I'll Never Heil Again (1941), with Moe reprising his role as Dictator Moe Hailstone. Both shorts contain plenty of clever verbal exchanges.

Princess Gilda: "I am your astrologer, the Seeress of Roebuck."

Minister of Propaganda (Larry): "Oh, was your father the Seer Of Roebuck?"

Princess Gilda: "No, I was raised by Montgomery."

Field Marshal Herring (Curly): "Oh, Montgomery's Ward! Nyuk nyuk nyuk!"
