Hold That Lion (1947) with Kenneth MacDonald as Icabod Slipp also known as I. Slipp.

"We'll slap Slipp with these subpoenas," promises Moe, but Slipp gives the Stooges the slip, leaving Moe and Larry out cold and Shemp with a water bowl stuck on his head.

Later they catch up with Slipp on the train.

This one is famous for a cameo appearance by Curly as a snoring train passenger.

I. Slipp slipped back into the picture in Booty and the Beast (1953) and Loose Loot (1953).
