Look at the Natural History Museum site, they have a Potcode Plants Database, type in your postcode and it gives a list of results of plants that grow naturally in your area. Also gives which ones are garden worthy.
This is the address:
www.nhm.ac.uk/botany and then choose to look at the relevant databse from those provided.
