I don't know about the Honda mower but I was talking to a garden contractor the other day who'd recently bought a commercial 19" Hayter Harrier. He was so fed up with its performance he said he'd taken it back to the dealer he bought it from and threatened to throw the machine through the shop window. "It will be worth it" he told the dealer "as I've never been in trouble with the police in my life!"

He didn't chuck it, but I think he got a good discount off his next mower (which wasn't a Hayter).
