Date Posted: 11:24:45 02/18/08 Mon CONGRATULATIONS to all of the beautiful contestants that competed at our ‘QUEEN OF HEARTS” Valentine Regional! Because of the great turnout we added several Overall and Supreme titles at no charge to our contestants! How can we begin to thank everyone for their overwhelming support or tell you how much we appreciate all the kind words of encouragement! It was a tough day from the very beginning finding out right before the pageant started that a judge had an emergency and would not be able to come and then on to the accidental double crowning. Over the years I have known directors first hand who have made similar mistakes and have either hidden it or never made it right and we ARE NOT among those type of directors. Sure wish we were super human and never made a mistake, but we are not, however we did go the extra mile to make sure that all is set right which is reflected on the list below. Everyone we spoke to about the mix up has been more than kind and we certainly thank you!
