Subject: Whats for dinner at your house tonight?

Don't say whatever you come cook! ROFL!!!!

Baked chicken is on the menu here tonight. Will fix some broccoli & maybe cottage cheese salad (if I have all the fixins) Dunno why I didn't bake the chicken late yesterday when it was cooler. Sure hate to heat the house up. I love it when you don't need the heat or AC on.

Cottage Cheese Salad

1 small container cottage cheese
3-4 green onions, chopped
1/2 med. tomato, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper chopped
1/4 - 1/2 of a med cucumber, peeled & chopped
Black Pepper to suit your taste.
Mix all ingredients & refrigerate at least 2 hours. YUMMY!!!
