Subject: I'm new here

I am Dolpha on Craft Sayings,
Ny username here is Rain

Was going to fill out the survey but most of it doesn't apply to me beacause I'm not diabetic.

However I cannot eat carbohydrates in more than teeny
amounts without gaining weight overnight.
I"m one of those people who would weigh 600 pounds
if I didn't go without carbs.

I think this group could be an encouragement to me
because of having to control my foods in the same way you do.

I have a little over 100# I need to lose and am thinking
exercise will be the only way, .......
With my age and arthritic joints that will be a challenge.

I'm wondering if short walks would work.
Don't know if I have the stamina right now for more than that.

And I would love to learn of some satisfying ,,,,tasty foods to prepare that are very low carb.......
I long ago quit trying to play around with the dessert thing. And going too far with the cheese and butter and
all that is hard on the ole' gall bladder......
I don't need another problem....

Hope some of the people who filled out the survey come and join in.
Looks like there are a lot of us......
I'll check in a couple times a day
to see whats happening
