You're welcome, Willow! So glad you liked it! It is sooooo good!
I think I tried it because it only had the 2 ingredients and I was sceptical. I was going to prove it wouldn't work, but, boy, was I wrong (thankfully)!
When I had made the 1st one and loved it, I started passing the recipe around to family and friends and they started trying and loving it, too. Most asked "that's ALL you put in it?". I gave my Mom and Dad some of the one I made to try. My Mom told my older brother about it. He called me to ask about adding the water, then he made it. Just so you'll know, it wasn't ME who tried to make it in a smaller pan, it was HIM and HE was the one who got to clean up the oven mess! He learned, though!
I usually don't put anything on top of mine, but if I do, it's just Cool Whip. YUM-MY!!!
Glad you liked it.
Patty
