Subject: lo cal dessert

I just tried a new idea and really liked it.
Empty a container of lite yoplait yogurt into
a little container. cover and freeze. Tastes
like shserbert. Maybe everyone else already does
this but I just tried it.

What is good it to take a container of Cool Whip and add small package of sugerfree jello ( I like chocolate jello) mix jello into cool whip and freeze. When ready to eat, take out what you want and let it soften. Almost like eating mousse dessert. You don't have to freeze it, but I like mine a little hard like sherbert

Sounds good and easy but where do you get chocolate jello? or do you mean pudding?
