You can order it from any bookstore, I think. You can also order it direct from Carsonstreet Publishing. I know Barnes & Noble have it - or at least have ordered it. Amazon.com is selling it, but they have not paid for the books they have sold, so I don't believe they'll be getting anymore. I know it's been in all the cities I have visited.
