PD has been around for 4 years, and is just now having state pageants. There is no race. PD has always put a lot of time and planning into anything they do with PD. I expect the state pageants will be well ran and fun. Pointless to start a bash here. PD runs a first class operation -- The Prediction Board of online pageantry!
