That is so true. Since their mom is a director herself it gives her the advantage over others. Because I have heard before if her kids don't win then momma causes a lot of directors problems.

yeah, that is unfair. Is there honesty any more in the pageant industry. If directors keep using people who have judge pageants for parents that host their own pageants you will continue to have fixed pageants. Hopefully, Mr. Billy will use judges that cannot be swayed to vote for someone's daughter they have judged for. It is not fair to all the kids and their parents who have worked hard and spent a lot of money for this to happen. I do know some of the kids in the summer pageantfest parents have hosted their own pageants and some of the judges at pageantfest were their judges. All we can do is hope and pray they will keep it fair. Lets all remember everyone one wants to win, so hopefully they will all have an equal playing field. Parents let your child win on his/her ability not by your influence with a judge or judges.

[> Pageantfest Judges -- No name, 11:47:56 05/08/12 Tue [1]

Mr. Billy if you are reading this please keep your pageants honest as you have always done. However, you should make sure you judges can do the same. Voting for someone's child because they were judges for the parent hosting an event is not fair to all the kids. I don't even have a dog in this race but I find it amazing as to the lenghts parents will go to make sure their child wins. Base your opinion on the child's abiltiy level and not what momma or daddy can do to make them winners. It is just as important for a kid to know how to lose gracefully as it is to win.
