Sorry but I do t see CD winning big at a pageant with non circuit judges. I honestly do not think she is above average on facial beauty. A lot of the so called names are just average looking. The exceptions are Ciera B who is gorgeous and MO who is a knockout. -- The Prediction Board of online pageantry!
