Race Against the Mammoth Car, parts one and two.
Mammoth is no exaggeration for this episode title. From the side it looks almost like a train, and from the front it resembles a bus at times. This 200 yard long supercar is one of the entries in the No-Limit World Race. Of course Speed and the Mach-5 are also entered in this 500 mile long competition. Some favorite moments include:
The introduction of the Mammoth car. Inspector Detector searches the car, looking for 50 million dollars worth of stolen gold.
Sparky is caught spying underneath the Mammoth car.
Racer X finds Sparky.
The Mammoth car has an encounter with a train.
The motorcyle mayhem team attacks from the Mammoth car. Racer X uses oil to remedy the situation.
The Mach-5 uses its buzz saws to cut through a forest. The Mammoth car plows though the same forest like a battering ram on wheels.
The Mach-5 lands in Lake Icy Chill.
Speed and Trixie follow the Mammoth Car to its secret headquarters.
Racer X rescues Speed and Trixie in the mine tunnel.
Spritle: "We had to do that, so I kept my word."
The big race finally comes to an end, but the Mammoth Car continues out of control.

The name Cruncher Block; a massive guy who will stop at nothing to smuggle the gold bars out of the country. No one ever thought the Mammoth Car was the gold and the first time I saw it melt, it was just something to behold.
Of course, Spritle and Chim Chim appear to be fearless when they stow aboard the car and easily overpower its crew, but are heading for a giant oil tank at the dock. Speed can't stop the Mammoth Car and it plunges into the oil tank that results in a massive explosion. Luckily, they make it out alive.
