Aus deinem Plan mit der Sterbehilfe wird wohl nichts. Ich
glaube nicht das sich irgendjemand für deinen Tod
verantwortlich machen will.

Wenn dann muss man das schon selbst tun und von dem Versuch
in der Psychatrie würde ich abraten, denn wenn es
eine möglichkeit gibt einen Suizidversuch zu verhindern
werden die das noch am ehesten schaffen.
