Congrats to you Forum Admin. You have a tough job, believe me I know, deciding which posts are on the border but not too offensive to delete and which just simply cross over the edge.
You will invariably piss people off but you have a judgment call to make regarding freedom of speech and not everyone will understand that.
You will also discover that by deleting the lead posts you also eliminate the replies that follow. In many cases those who replied may take that as a personal affront. It can be a no win situation that can be very frustrating for a forum owner.
