Zone bien servi par le transport en commun, tram 19, bus 84 et 20 avec différents magasins en proximité .
La chambre mesure 4.3 mt x 3.6 mt et est déjà équipé d'un armoire, un lit et une table. Volets électriques.
Maison avec grandes espaces, jardin et colocation avec seulement 2 autres personnes, un homme et une femme.
On cherche une colocataire féminine
Cuisine, salle de bain et salon à partager.
Disponible internet Wi-Fi, lave-vaisselle et machine à laver.
Prix location 300 € et charge commun à partager variable en base à la consommation du mois.
De préférence pas de fumeur
Chambre disponible et avec une location de minimum 6 mois.
Garantie locative d'un mois.
