Lots of photos are being used and likely without the parent's consent.

The particular site in question at this time is said by their mission statement: "To empower the world's trendsetters to congregate and define fashion." There are Terms of Service for all who register on the site to include not using photos without permission or with copyright (most photographers have their pics copyrighted). Terms of Service also includes the info on how to make a claim if your pics have been used without permission, etc. Looks relatively easy. All of this info is on the below "event".

You are highly encouraged to take a look at the info on my "event" page on FB. It is set with no privacy, so all can see. You can also see what is below that info, like how you can make a claim to remove pics, etc. Please just go take a look, read, and check.
