Many people have been asking about certain things like prizes, money, title break downs etc.
Here is the part of the paperwork that was updated after the website and should help explain things better and answer all your questions.

Gallant Guys:
Gallant Guys is the boy division of CC&BB. If there are at least 10 male contestants we will award a separate Gallant Guys Grand Supreme with two GG Kings (0-5 and 6-12) and all others will be recognized as a GG Prince. All judging criteria and rules will be based on those specified for Country Cuties. GG grand supreme will receive a $500 savings bond, beautiful crown, custom CC&BB bag and other prizes. Overall titles will be included with Country Cuties.
Grand Supremes
Grand Supremes will be the 2 contestants with the highest scores in their category using scores from Beauty, and two optionals (only 1 may be a photo optional). Contestants may enter more than two optionals, but only the two highest scores will be used for Supreme titles. This title is bumped from mini-supreme, age division supreme and princess/prince. The Grand Supremes will each receive ½ ct diamond earrings a beautiful crown, custom monogrammed sash, custom CC&BB bag and other age appropriate prizes.
Mini-Supremes:
There will be 6 Mini-Supremes. Three Country Cutie Mini-Supremes 0-5, 6-12 and 13&up and Three Ballroom Beauty Mini-Supremes 0-5, 6-12 and 13&up. Mini-Supremes will be the contestants with highest scores in their category and supreme group after the Grand supreme is pulled. Scores will be beauty and the two highest optional scores. This title is bumped from age division supreme and princess/prince. The mini-supremes will each receive a beautiful crown, custom monogrammed sash, custom CC&BB bag, $200 savings bond and other age appropriate prizes.
Overalls: Overall Most Beautiful, Overall Model, Overall Swimsuit, Overall OOC, and Overall Photogenic the cost is $25 each or $130 for all. Each winner will receive a beautiful crown, custom CC&BB pin and a (jackpot) cash prize.
Overall Most Beautiful – These will be the two contestants (1 CC & 1 BB) with the highest facial beauty score after the Supremes and Mini-Supremes are pulled. This title CAN be double crowned.
Overall Model – These will be the two contestants (1 CC & 1 BB) with the highest casual wear or pro-am score after the Supremes and Mini-Supremes are pulled. This title CAN be double crowned.
Overall Swimsuit – These will be the two contestants (1 CC and 1 BB) with the highest swimsuit score after the Supremes and Mini-Supremes are pulled. This title CAN be double crowned.
Overall Outfit of Choice – These will be the two contestants (1 CC and 1 BB0 with the highest outfit of choice score after the Supremes and Mini-Supremes are pulled. This title CAN be double crowned.
Overall Photogenic – These will be the two contestants (1 CC and 1 BB) with the highest photogenic scores after the Supremes and Mini-Supremes are pulled. This title CAN be double crowned.
Overall Portfolio – There will be two (1 CC and 1 BB) portfolio winners chosen based on the highest scores on portfolios submitted by contestants. This award CAN be double crowned. (Supremes and Mini-Supremes CAN win this award also!)
Overall Comp Card – There will be two (1 CC and 1 BB) comp card winners chosen based on the highest scores on composites submitted by contestants. This award CAN be double crowned. (Supremes and Mini-Supremes CAN win this award also!)
Age Division Queens – These will be the two contestants (1 CC and 1 BB) from every age group with the highest (beauty + 2 optionals) scores after the Supremes and Mini-Supremes are pulled. This title CAN be double crowned. Age division supremes will receive a beautiful crown, custom monogrammed sash, custom CC&BB bag and a $100 savings bond.
Princesses/Prince – These will be all remaining contestants. Each child will have their name called and their own time on stage to shine! Each contestant will receive a tiara/crown and custom CC&BB bag.
Side Awards – The 5 Side awards will be judged during group lineup during Beauty. From each age group there will be two winners (1 CC and 1 BB) for Best Eyes, Best Hair, Best Smile, Best Personality, and Best Dressed. (Anyone can win these regardless of higher titles!) Each contestant will receive a custom CC&BB pin.
Misc.
All prizes and monetary amounts are based on at least 40 contestants. If there are less than 40 contestants, prizes and bond amounts may change. All bonds will be paid in cash. CC&BB director and its staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any contestants, parents, family, coaches or other vendors at their discretion. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the pageant without refund of any fees paid and/or requirement to relinquish any titles given. Grand Supremes and Mini-supremes will not be allowed to compete in any CC&BB pageants for one year and are encouraged to hostess at all 2009 preliminary and national pageants.
