I wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone that helped to make the first Country Cuties and Ballroom Beauties pageant a success!
First of all Shawndra "Miss Cox" what can I say?! There is absolutely no way it would have been half as great without you! You wore so many "hats" when it came to this weekend. Thank you so much for the website, the logo, the banners, all the signs you printed and made, the awesome checks for the Grand Supreme which you made happen, the custom CC&BB bags, the two days of staying up late to get everything ready, the day of errands for all those last minute items, being the photographer on the day of the pageant, helping with all the decorations, and for constantly being there for me to bounce all my ideas off of. I really couldn't have done it without you and I appreciate everything you did and are still doing. I know there is probably alot more I am missing, but I can't think of everything.
To my amazing husband, thank you for being there and helping out even though you had to work for the first time on a Sunday since I have ever known you. It was a rough weekend for you having to work 14 hours 3 days in a row, but you showed up, happy and ready to help. Thank you for loading up all the charity donations and delivering them to Haven House. Thanks for being the "muscles" behind everything!
To my judges, Crystal, Tammy and Karen, thank you for doing such a wonderful job! I know from experience that your job is one of the hardest there is and I really appreciate you taking the time out of your day to help out.
To Laura, thanks for helping out the DJ/Emcee and showing him the ropes with your expertise! You are a GREAT emcee!! You will be seeing a care package in the mail this week!
To Becca, thanks so much for all your help!
To Julissa, you were an amazing host! You did such a great job lining the girls up, showing them where to go and stand on stage with them during group line-up. You have the biggest prettiest smile in every picture and I just want to thank you for helping to crown every contestant as well!
To Grace, thank you so much for all the referrals!
To all of my beautiful and handsome Supremes, Queens, Kings, Princes and Princesses thank you for making the whole day so much fun! Everything ran smoothly and stress free and it was all because you were such a great group of contestants. I am so happy to see all of the great new friendships that were made last weekend because that is what pageants are about! I hope to see you all in July at our next Preliminary pageant either as a contestant or as hostessing royalty. And I am so excited to see you all back for Nationals for a completely fun and stress-free weekend full of lots of fun!!
To anyone that I am forgetting, I am sorry but THANK YOU!
