Could you please give a more detailed schedule of beauty.
Times you want individual age groups. That helps all of us H/M and parents scheduling and making certain the contestants are where they need to be at an axact time. Thank you

We do not do this for prelims as the numbers are so low. Beauty starts at 9:30 with the 0-23 month CC's followed by the BB's. Boys will go on after the 4-5 BB's. Each age group will begin when the previous group is finished. There is no reason for contestants to be late when there are so few contestants in the pageant. There will be a changing room located nearby the ballroom. There will be plenty of time to get ready for the next event as we have scheduled ample time for competition and judges breaks as well as time for the judges to score the photos uninterrupted. Every photo entered is scored by all of the judges, the schedule is made to ensure enough time for the judges to complete judging so that crowning can begin on time. There are several contestants who have expressed concerns regarding other plans on Saturday evening and needing to leave by a certain time. Because of this, we need to keep everything running according to schedule and are unable to push crowning back any later. (NT)Crystal - Director CC&BB12:56:07 09/24/09 Thu
