Subject: Small scale warm fusion

For several years huge amnounts of money has been pushed into gigantic projects to develop equally gigantic and expensive warm fusion reactors.

There is however nothing in the physical laws of nature to forbid warm fusion by small reactors. What is needed to generate warm fusion is:

Either a strong magnethic field that can press moving atomic kernels into a very narrow space,

Or something shooting atomic kernels into a narrow space,

and something that can pump energy towards that narrow space and focus it there, for example micro-wave radiation generators.

If these two prerequisites are met effectively, you get warm fusion.

The company Lookheed Martin claims they have achieved this and they seek business partners to develope such small scale fusion generators for military and sivil use. The near furture will show how achievable this will be, but it sounds exciting.
