The Cook County Cheetahs have added to the festivities of July 25th a local South-side band, Crash; will perform as fans enter the charity game. Crash will then perform at the end of the Cheetahs 7:05 game until 11:30.

The Cook County Cheetahs and Q101 are proud to announce that two spots to play with members of the Q101’s Mancow’s Morning Madhouse Show, including Mancow Muller in the charity softball game that will be played Thursday, July 25 at 5:30pm against New York’s Fire Dept. and The South Cook County Professional Firefighters Association will we auctioned off.

The spots will be auctioned off on Q101 on Thursday, July 25 as members of New York’s Fire Dept. and The South Cook County Professional Firefighters Association and Scott Ibarra, Director of Media and Public Relations for the Cook County Cheetahs will be guests on Mancow’s Morning Madhouse Show. Thursday, July 25 at 5:30pm (gates open at 4:30pm), members from New York’s Fire Dept. and The South Cook County Professional Firefighters Association will be competing against members of the Q101’s Mancow’s Morning Madhouse Show, including Mancow Muller in a charity softball game. Proceeds from the event through ticket sales, a silent auction and donations will go to the Bucks for Burn Camp and The South Cook County Professional Firefighters Association. Following the game, persons in attendance will get the added bonus of seeing the Cook County Cheetahs take on the Washington WildThings at 7:05pm.

Bucks for Burn Camp raises money to fund the Illinois Fire Safety Alliance Camp for child burn victims of Illinois. The programs at this one-week camp assist children, ages 8-16, in building self-esteem while learning to deal with the psychological trauma they often suffer.
