Question for your webcast

I know that Dana took over as the team manager back in the early part of the season when chad took on a job closer to home. My question is:

Why didn't Dana decide to be a player/manager like Fran Riordan of the Roosters instead of retiring and being just the team manager. Dana was a good player, and I think would be an asset to the team to be a player/manager.

We talked with Dana before the game and he said that if he held both positions that he would not be able to give 100% to the team. That is the reason why the skipper retired as a player
