Well, the book has a message behind which is: no matter the differences between you and a friend, you gotta care about him. Otherwise, it can be too late.
It's kind of sad. So, I guess it's a drama.
Answering you question, I prefer English Literature. I wish I could have more patience with Portuguese, but I just don't.
