The 2013 Jacksonville’s Miss Heart of the USA Preliminary sas been upgraded to a “Your Ticket to State Extravaganza!

You do not have to live Duval County to compete!

2013 Jacksonville’s Miss Heart of the USA Preliminary

Queens will advance to the 2013 North Florida State Pageant in September 2013--awarding $1500 at State and $5000 at Nationals


(One Queen from each Division will advance to the 2013 North Florida State pageant with her entry fee paid.....AND....4 Runners Up in each Division will get a “Your Ticket to State” gift certificate for $250 off their State Pageant Registration.....that means that 4 Runners Up from each Division will be able to register to represent their city (or a city nearby) for the lowest price ever!....only $49......to get a Sash, Crown, Title and entry fee paid to the 2013 North Florida State pageant!.....unbelievable!)

Only $45 to register….first come first served!


Your $45 Registration fee includes: Competition for your Divisional title, Queen of Hearts, Queen of Sharing and Ambassador.


ALL Baby, Tiny and Little Miss contestants will receive a "Crown”.

Your division is based on your age as of January 1st, 2013!

Baby Miss (Ages 0-23 months)
Tiny Miss (Ages 2-4 years)
Little Miss (Ages 5-7)
Petite Miss (Ages 8-10)
Junior Miss (Ages 11-13)
Teen Miss (Ages 14-16)
Miss (Ages 17-23)
Ms (ages 24 and up)
