first of all, be in it for the right reasons. although we all want to win, there is so much more to competition than that and if you are just there for the crown the judges will see right through you! have fun, be yourself and be PREPARED-meaning, do your research, know what girls at that pageant wear, how they do hair/makeup and what the girls that do good do different from the girls that dont place
